1. Return & Exchange Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date.
Refund Processing Time: Within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Return Address: Provided via email upon approval of the return request.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Be in its original packaging.
Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:
Items with obvious signs of use.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact us: Email support@autotouchscreens.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Do not send the item back before receiving approval, as we will provide the correct return address.

Step 2: Return Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions via email, including the correct return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Securely package the item with all original parts and materials to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain your tracking number as proof of return.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee? No, we do not charge a restocking fee.
Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable: If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please email us at support@autotouchscreens.com.
If an exchange is approved, we will provide further instructions.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
Contact your bank, as refunds often require 3-7 business days to appear.
